Yes, I provide ongoing support and technical assistance to ensure that the website is always up-to-date and running smoothly. My maintenance service is charged extra starting from £25 per month.
What kind of maintenance services do you provide for websites?
I offer basic and premium maintenance packages. Both are focused on ensuring that the website and all the plugins are up-to-date and running smoothly, monitoring the website for any issues, performing backups, monitoring website security and providing technical support as needed. My basic maintenance package costs £25 a month, and the premium package costs £45 a month.
What is the cost for your web design services?
The cost for web design services varies based on the specific needs of each project. I work with clients to determine the requirements and provide a custom quote for each project. Prices starts from £499 for 1 - 4 pages website.
Do you offer website redesign services?
Yes I do, but only if the website has been created on WordPress.
Can you build website on my own Hosting?
Yes, I can build the website on your own hosting, as long as it has ability to install WordPress.
How do you ensure that the website is secure?
I ensure that the websites I design are secure by using SSL certificates, implementing security measures such as firewalls, and following best practices for website security.
How do you ensure that websites are mobile-friendly?
I design websites with mobile devices in mind, ensuring that they are optimized for all screen sizes and devices. I also test the website on various devices to ensure that it is mobile-friendly.
Can I transfer the whole website to new provider?
My hosting fee contract is based on month to month basis unless you decide to pay for a whole year. If you signed contract on month to month basis I just required 30 days written notice to transfer your website to a new provider. If you have chosen to pay for a whole year, unfortunately I am not able to transfer your website to new provider until your contract expires.
